“True Legacy” (2010) Law and Order S9E12

Bekkah:

I have never really been a Law & Order girlie and after watching a bunch of these episodes, I just feel like, meh? I am not in need of the neat little copaganda box that these fictional cops wrap up their cases in. It’s formulaic and I know that resonates with some people, but I just don’t think it’s for me. This episode was, like, fine. It felt very Law & Order: Criminal Intent, but I just am not that interested in crooked politicians (sigh) doing shitty things in their personal lives and ruining other people’s lives. In other news, I just can’t take Jeff seriously as a cop! I don’t even know what his name is on this show and I don’t care to find out!

Danya:

This was an episode. It had some weird themes, especially around race and ethnicity. Jeff was cute, but this whole show is just like deeply boring to me.
