So this episode finally answered the question of “wtf is Jeff’s name in this show?” It’s Zachary Nichols!! We’ve watched over 20 episodes of this show and I literally never remembered his name. But here we go! What a ride! Only 2 L&O:CI episodes left and WE GOT THERE BABES! Anyway, this episode was set in 2010 but reeally set in 1927, I think? Aesthetics, but make it weird. Also I clocked the fake British accent from a mile away. The fake British accent was THE CLUE! Otherwise, this episode was just as meh as most of the others.

This episode was actually about Jeff! He said so many things and demonstrated so many characteristics! So fun! I also enjoyed the very specific aesthetic of this episode which was 1994’s version of the 1920s which is sort of like retrofuturism, but backwards. I did not enjoy the very manic pixie dream girling of Lenore who was in fact a full human being in her own right and not just a sexy crazy plot device.
